Why Erin and Kristen?

We pride ourselves on offering the highest standard of client services while utilizing our extensive knowledge of the Denver metro real estate market to educate our clients.  Real estate is the most expensive and important investment our clients make and we have vast experience with homes from old to new and condo to sprawling estate.  We work ethically, have strong negotiation skills, and are creative and progressive in marketing of homes.  We maintain a genuine passion for the Denver real estate market while serving our clients with the upmost integrity.  The best part of it all is we get to work with the best clients and have some fun doing so along the way!   We are proud to say that over 95% of our business comes from referrals.

About Erin
I grew up moving around the suburbs of Chicago, to Dallas, until I was fortunate enough to call Colorado home in 1991.  I have had a passion for real estate from a very early age and after a successful sales and sales management career, I became a real estate broker and I have not looked back. When I am not working, you can find me, my husband Ben, and our daughter Kyleigh enjoying all Denver and Colorado has to offer.  We choose to live here because we believe this is the best place to live!  We are often found skiing or hiking in the Vail Valley, or walking to our local city parks and restaurants. I am an active member in many charity organizations I am often found volunteering around town whenever there is a need.

About Kristen
Born and raised in the Central Florida area, I grew up in a family that was and is still heavily involved in the many aspects of real estate development.  After the IT/Internet craze took me down a different path with as an IT consultant, I made the career change and revisited my roots in the real estate industry. In my “off” time I enjoy running Wash Park or enjoying a cup of coffee on South Pearl Street with my husband Randy and daughter Naomi.  We are huge football fans and you can often find us in Boulder on the weekends.  We love living close to the Light Rail and enjoy taking the quick ride to dinner, a game, or a concert.  I am involved in many social and charitable organizations in our community.

Why work together?
It was after award winning years on our own that we decided to partner in the spring of 2004. We wanted to ensure that all of our client's real estate needs never go unmet.  Together we have extensive industry knowledge that combined with high level customer service goes a long way to creating lasting relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry. We work hard to be innovative and dedicated to the Denver metro market and pride ourselves on going above and beyond to meet the client's expectations.  Since we joined forces, we have continued to be one of Colorado's top producing teams!

Real Estate Philosophy
A real estate broker duties involve intense education of the client – Denver neighborhoods, market trends, development projects, real estate contract specifics, inspection options etc... This is a business that should be built on trust – just like the accountant, financial planner, banker, doctor, insurance agent etc... so should the real estate broker be to the client.  We don't expect our clients to call us only when they need to buy or sell a house – We expect clients to contact us for the most basic homeowner questions, simply to chat about the market, or see where they stand equity wise with their home for the sake of curiosity. We work really hard to make every client a client for life!
